Engebretsen comes from the position as Director for Internal Communications Europe in Cognizant. She has been responsible for strategic communications and change management lead for several large projects the last years. Johansson has an extensive career from senior leadership roles within infrastructure and industrial solutions both from Skanska and Svevia.
