Cosimo AS has today sold 300,000 shares in NRC Group ASA at a price of 30kr per share. Following the transaction, Cosimo AS owns 700,000 shares in the company. Cosimo AS is owned by Trygve Bruland who is chairman of the board of directors of NRC Group ASA.
