On 11 October 2018, Middelborg Invest AS, due to a communication error, bought
and sold 14 750 shares in NRC Group ASA ("the Company") resulting in crossing of
the 10% notification limit for a short period of time. Middelborg Invest AS
shareholding is unchanged at 4 401 454 shares, still representing the same share
of the votes in the Company.
