Oslo, 29 May 2015: Reference is made to announcements made on 23 April 2015 and 7 May 2015 regarding Blom ASA's combination with Team Bane and Svensk Järnvägsteknik AB and the related change of name to NRC Group ASA. Closing of the combination with Team Bane has now taken place, and consideration shares are expected to be delivered to the former shareholders of Team Bane on or about today. Following registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises of the share capital increase related to the issue of the consideration shares, the company's share capital is now NOK 19,744,846 divided into 19,744,846 shares, each with nominal value NOK 1. The new shares will be placed on a separate ISIN and not be listed on Oslo Børs until an information memorandum has been published in accordance with applicable securities legislation. In connection with the closing, the new name NRC Group ASA has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Closing of the acquisition of Svensk Järnvägsteknik AB is expected to take place within a few days.
