ABEL Health
ABEL Health is a knowledge and technology company from Tromsø, Norway. Their mission is to increase the benefits of good health and reduce the costs of poor health for individuals, businesses, and the public sector.

This pilot project, in which 33 employees from NRC Norway are participating, is part of NRC Group’s broader commitment to fostering presence, well-being, and a sustainable working life. When people thrive, the work environment strengthens – benefitting both the individual and the company as a whole.

Participation takes place through a digital platform, providing weekly follow-up, support, and inspiration directly at hand. The aim is to make it easier for employees to look after their overall well-being, both at work and in their personal lives.

The support offered through the pilot covers a wide range of topics, including mental health, stress management, and sleep, as well as physical health, movement, and energy. Employees may also choose to receive guidance on nutrition and diet, or support in areas such as financial well-being, daily structure, and other aspects of life.

Everything ABEL does is based on solid research, where we combine digital tools with personal consultations with our health advisors to create lasting change. On average, we reduce sick leave by half among our clients.
