NRC Group ASA (the "Company") has decided to initiate a new share buyback program for up to NOK 2 million in the market. The buyback program will be conducted in accordance with the authorization provided by the annual general meeting to the board of directors on 8 May 2019. Shares in the buyback will be purchased through ordinary market trades on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The program will be initiated today and terminated on 30 April 2020 at the latest.
