Finnish Transportation Infrastructure Agency (FTIA) has appointed NRC Group Finland, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a railway maintenance contract in South-Western Finland. The contract includes maintenance of railway signalling systems and superstructure including rail points, equipment and devices, and substructure. The contract is valued at approximately EUR 4.2 million and is part of an existing maintenance alliance contract. In the alliance contract, FTIA and NRC Group Finland work together and share the risks and benefits related to the project implementation. The work will commence in April 2020, and is scheduled for completion in March 2021.
