Kistefos AS has today, on October 2nd 2024, been allocated 15 000 000 shares in
NRC Group ASA ("The Company") following the Private Placement as previously
announced by the Company. After the completion of Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 of the
Private Placement, Kistefos AS will hold 9,81 % of the outstanding shares in the
Company. All of the shares will be set in forward contracts.
