Reference is made to the announcement dated 25 November
2014 regarding the Offer from Blom ASA ("Blom") to
repurchase shares from shareholders who own less than 33
shares at NOK 16.00 per share. The Offer period ended
December 12 at 16.30(Norwegian time).
As at 12 December 2014, Blom has received a total of 339
acceptances to acquire 1.116 shares, corresponding to
0,01% of all issued shares. Including these shares Blom
will hold 396,452 own shares. This constitutes 3.94% of
all issued shares in the company.
